Before crazy October snow storms decided to create some havoc in the Northeast, I squeezed in a fun hike with our good friend, Laura who is an actress, a yogi and wanted some fitness style photos for her portfolio. Laura brought along Bridget, who is a fellow yogi and an absolute sweetheart and her roommate, Christian, who is a nutritionist and will be happy to know that I am doing my best to stick to a gluten-free diet, at his suggestion.
